Duc Cao Uploader is a personal desktop tool used by the owner of the "Duc Cao" TikTok channel. It renders short educational videos about software engineering and sends each finished video to the owner's own TikTok inbox as a draft, using TikTok's official Content Posting API.
Who can use it
The tool is operated only by the channel owner, for the channel owner's own TikTok account. It is not offered as a service to other people.
How posting works
- The tool only uploads drafts. It never publishes a post by itself.
- The channel owner reviews every draft in the TikTok app, then edits and publishes it manually.
- All content follows TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Access and changes
The owner can revoke the tool's access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions. These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version.
